Thank you for your interest in Wild Hearts and for considering us to support you on your equestrian journey. We are committed to assisting you, whether you are beginning your first experience with horses, aiming to enhance your training with your own horse, or seeking to improve your overall horsemanship skills. We offer a wide range of programs, all with a focus on prioritizing the well-being of the horse and fostering effective horse-human communication, regardless of the tack used.
Our services include both group and private lessons. If you do not have your own horse, we provide lesson horses for your use. Each session lasts approximately one hour and is held at our facility located at 784 Shingle Mill Rd, Sandpoint, ID. Please feel free to schedule a meet and greet if you have any questions or would like to discuss in person.

Lessons Available
Our lessons are offered Monday thru Friday for students 8 years old and up.
Evaluation Lesson
In order to ensure you or your child is placed correctly, we will have an evaluation first.
Vaulting
Our equestrian vaulting class is lots of fun and gives you so many things to work on for over-all body control on the horse. Vaulting is normally described as gymnastics and dance on horseback. It can be practiced both competitively or non-competitively. More importantly, this is a class that will help you become an overall better rider, as it will help with your equitation balance in all three gaits (Walk-Trot-Canter) and build confidence.
Group Lessons
Group lessons are focused on developing a solid foundation for all equestrian activities. Designed for beginner- intermediate riders who have completed a Grooming and Handling class or have some prior experience with horses. Basic Horsemanship will continue to expand on skills in horse communication from the ground, as well as the saddle. Knowledge learned in basic horsemanship classes will help students to better achieve goals in their specific discipline interests.
Private Lesson
Private lessons are focused around the students personal goals or needs.
